I have a 5 1/2 year old girl and I want to know if Pirates of the Caribbean (the classic ride) and the Haunted Mansion will be okay for her age group. She is not scared of the dark, and we have talked to her about Pirates, but not HM. An hints?

Hi Savannah - every child is different, so it can be really difficult to know if a specific ride will frighten your daughter.  I can tell you that I took my daughter, who is 4 1/2, on both of these rides and she was initially a bit scared, but I explained to her that it wasn't real.  Overall, she really liked both rides.

If I were you, I'd probably start with the Pirates of the Caribbean first.  I think that one is less scary than the Haunted Mansion, so it would be a good test.

    Have a great vacation!
