We want to take our 5 year old girl to the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and then to breakfast at the castle. How much time do we need to allow between reservations?

Hi Amber! Sounds like you're planning a perfect morning for your little princess!  The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique and Cinderella's Royal Table are both must-dos on my Disney trips -- my daughter loves them even though she's now a tween!

The makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can take from thirty minutes to over an hour, depending on which of the three packages you select. My daughter generally chooses the Crown package, which includes the hairstyle, makeup and nail polish, and we bring our own costume from home.  This package generally takes 45 minutes or so, but if the Boutique is busy, you may have to wait a bit. For this reason, I'd recommend that you reserve your meal about an hour and a half after your makeover appointment. If you select the Castle package, which includes the costume and imaging package, you'll need to budget at least thirty minutes more to be safe. The last time my daughter visited the Boutique, it was quite busy and we had to wait over 20 minutes, and her makeover took an hour. On other occasions, her princess transformation has happened in only 45 minutes. If you happen to finish at the Boutique quickly, go ahead and check in at Cinderella's Royal Table; it's often possible to be seated before your reservation time.

Hope your little princess has a royally good time! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions!
