I visit
Walt Disney World every Christmas and I know just how important those family traditions are, like meeting the Easter Bunny, to children on vacation or not.
While the springtime festivities have not yet been announced, I feel confident sharing with you some annual traditions that take place around the Parks. Just be sure to keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog in the coming weeks for more detailed information. Based on years past, I feel certain that you will be able to meet Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny at
Magic Kingdom Park. Typically, you can find them hopping around and posing for pictures in Town Square. If you are looking to satisfy that Easter egg tradition, I suggest bouncing over to
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa during your vacation. Each year, a team of skilled pastry chefs spend months creating gigantic chocolate Easter eggs which are always displayed in the lobby. After you've checked out the eggs on display, head on over to
Epcot for a little Easter egg hunt of your own. Held annually in the spring during the
Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, is the Egg-stavaganza scavenger hunt where Guests can search high and low around the World Showcase for themed Easter eggs. You can purchase your egg hunting kit, which includes a map, for a small fee and when you are finished with the search, turn it in for a prize!
I know egg-citing things are in store for your trip! Happy planning.
