Hey Erin-
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Will he eat or won’t he eat, that is the question. We have been there Erin so many times.
Disney Dining Plans may only be purchased for Guests three years and older with a valid Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation. When purchased everyone on the reservation must be included. So while your precious three year old prince may not eat much he will need to be included if he is on your reservation. With Disney Dining Plans, we found that our boys, while they didn’t finish everything, always had plenty of food options and typically were not hungry in the parks. Being with cranky kids while joining the Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh or seeing London on Peter Pan’s Flight is never fun. Also having a handy snack credit available means Mickey Premium Ice Bars everyday. Wahoooo!
If you are undecided about the cost value of choosing a Disney Dining Plan over paying out of pocket for meals, then check out the full menus and prices on the restaurant webpage. You may want to run a sample day for all members of your party to see if the addition of a Disney Dining Plan is worth the added value. There are many website that discuss this topic and it really comes down to personal choice and more specifically, when and where you utilize your table service meal credits. www.disneytouristblog.com has a wonderful analysis of this topic.
I hope this helps and please stop by again to visit us.
Enjoy making many Magical (and delicious) Memories!
