My 5 year old daughter wants to dress as a princess for CRT, but finds the actual costumes itchy and uncomfortable. Will she look out of place in one of the fancier princess nightgowns from the Disney Store? Also, do boys ever dress up around the park?

    Hi Kim,

Your daughter will fit in just like a princess in your fancy royal nightgown. I've seen plenty of girls wearing them! Plus they are lightweight which makes the royal attire easier to wear in the Florida heat.

Generally it's only girls that dress up for Cinderella's Royal Table, however I've seen lots of boy pirates around Disney World. Unless you are enjoying a special occasion such as a meal at the castle, I wouldn't advise costumes on a regular touring day. Go in comfortable park attire!
