I'd be happy to help your daughter connect to the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Once she is onboard, she'll be so happy to have the daily activity schedule, deck plans, restaurant hours, and menus at her fingertips. You'll also be happy to be able to keep in touch using the onboard chat feature!
Guests between the ages of 13-17 are able to create an account within the app, with view-only access to your reservation details. Once your daughter successfully signs in, you should only need to link the reservation to her account and she'll be set. Since it sounds like the issue is that she cannot sign in, I have a few recommendations. First, make sure her Disney Cruise Line Navigator app is updated. If an update doesn't fix the problem, I'd have her uninstall and then reinstall the app and try to sign in again. If you are still experiencing this issue, I'd
