Hi, Kim!
Thanks so much for sending your question to us at Disney Parks Moms Panel. It's a great one!
I have chaperoned high school students on school trips each year for the past 15 years, so I know that making Advanced Dining Reservations for those trips can be a bit tricky. I suggest that
you book the Advanced Dining Reservations that she and her friends would like on your
My Disney Experience account. Guests cannot make reservations if they are not yet 18, so if you do this for her, all will be well.
Once you have secured the reservations that fit their schedule, be sure to add your daughter as a Guest on each one of them. Doing so enables her to see the reservations under "My Plans" in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. This way, she'll be able to keep track of confirmation numbers and exact times/dates of each reservation.
As the Guest who is managing the reservations, you'll have to make modifications for your daughter and her friends if they are needed, but that, too, is easy to do. You can go online or use the app. Easy peasy!
Happy planning, Kim! I am sure that your daughter and her school friends will have a most magical trip to
Walt Disney World. Send more questions if you have them; we love to help!
