Hi, my 6 year old daughter and I will be staying at AOA in the standard little mermaid room. I am wandering which building/floor/room would have the best view of the scenery/pools/statues? I do not want to stay in building 8.

    Hello Chelsea!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I feel bad for the poor unfortunate souls who don't get to stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

If you want to be closer to transportation, then I would request Building 9 with an interior view of the icons. If you would like a more scenic view, then I would request Building 7, lake view. I generally like the top floor for a more quiet location and better view or ground floor for convenience.

You and your daughter will get plenty of amazing theming in the rooms! With seashell headboards, pictures of Flounder, Sebastian, and friends, and Ariel's Grotto in the bathrooms, your adventure under the sea will begin the moment you step inside.

If you have any other questions or need more gadgets or gizmos, please come back and see us real soon. Have a magical vacation!
