If I take my 5 year old daughter, does she need to get a COVID test before I take her? I’m fully vaccinated.

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Brenda!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by, and we are so excited to answer your question and help you plan your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort! The BEST way to experience the MAGIC of Disney is through the eyes of a child! We KNOW you BOTH are going to have the most TIGGER-ific time!

Mickey Mouse and his pals are working REALLY hard to monitor health and safety conditions all throughout the Disneyland Resort. Please know their number one goal is to make sure every Guest is as safe as possible while having the most wonderful time at the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH! I want to let you know that obtaining a negative COVID-19 test for your daughter before entering a Disneyland Theme Park is highly recommended; however, it is not mandatory at this time. As you plan, please be aware that face coverings are required in all indoor areas, including attractions, regardless of vaccination status. Face coverings are not required in outdoor areas.

As you know, exciting announcements are being made all of the time at the Disneyland Resort, and we don't want you to miss a THING! That is why I highly recommend you follow Disneyland on all of its social media channels, and make sure to subscribe to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information.

If you need anything else, please let us know! We are just a question away!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
