Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    My 5 year old daughter is one smart cookie. She's been "studying" her photos from our last Disney trip. When she meets Anna and Elsa next month, how would I address her question of "why are Anna and Elsa different this time?"

    Hi Karla,

    Those smart cookies can be a wonderful challenge! I think the simplest answer is sometimes the best answer. If she visits the Royal Sisters from Arendelle at Princess Fairytale Hall and notices they've changed, you could remind her that everyone changes in a year. Have her look at the pictures of herself and your family from the year before. Chances are no one is going to look the same. Hopefully that answer will satisfy your little princess!
