My 14 year old daughter and I are going to Kissimmee April 23-29, 2011 and was wondering what was going on at Disney for Easter. We are pretty game for anything.

    Hi Lisa:

Every year Disney World does something special for Easter. Plans have not been announced for this year yet, but last year, Mr. and Mrs. Easter Bunny held a meet-and-greet at Magic Kingdom during the week leading up to Easter. There was also an Easter-themed 3:00pm parade that featured the Easter Bunny. Throughout Easter Sunday, Epcot hosted Easter Egg hunts at the American Adventure Pavillion for children ages 3 to 9. For children 6 to 12, there were Easter Egg relays throughout the day in Epcot's Future World West Garden. Also, last-year, several Disney World restaurants held special Eater brunches. In years past, religious services have been held at the Contemporary Resort.  Keep checking for this year's plans to be announced.

    Enjoy your vacation.
