    My 2 year old daughter is deaf, what services does disney offer for her?

    Hi there, Brandie! Welcome to planDisney! I love that you are actively planning for your daughter to have the most magical experience during her visit! Mickey and Minnie want her to have that same experience!

    I am proud to share that the Walt Disney World Resort has a long history of accommodating Guests with special needs. This includes Guests who have impaired hearing. Included in their services are sign language interpretation for certain attractions in the Disney Parks. For a schedule of sign language interpretation services, Guests can email WDPRsignlanguageservices@disney.com.

    The Disney Parks also offer special park guides containing accommodation information for a range of disabilities. These guides are available for Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

    Guests with additional questions regarding accommodations are encouraged to call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547. You are also welcome to e-mail Disability Services at disability.services@disneyparks.com.
