My 6 year old is "too cool" for photos. Do cast members at photo pass take candid shots so we dont have to fight her to pose each time?

    Hi Shilpa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I love using Disney's PhotoPass Service. It's a really great way to have photos of your whole group in front of some of the iconic locations around the four theme parks, and at the water parks. The photographers are very accommodating when it comes to requests! I have many photos of me hugging Mickey Mouse at Town Square Theater when I didn't know they were taking photos of that moment, so just have a quiet word with them to ask them to click away, when your daughter is not aware of the camera. You never know, she may get carried away in the magical moment of meeting those amazing characters that she might forget she's too cool for the camera! It has happened to all of us! You can also benefit from the photos on some of the most popular attractions - your daughter will have no idea that her natural excitement is being recorded - and if you have any character dining planned, there will be PhotoPass Photographers at some of those too. You may be pleasantly surprised at how many fabulous photos you come away with, giving you wonderful lasting memories of your vacation.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions. We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation to Walt Disney World.
