Michael from NJ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Can my 3 year old child eat off my plate at a restaurants with a pre-fixe menu, rather than ordering their own at an additional cost? My child doesn't eat enough to justify their own full meal.

Well hello, Michael. It's great to answer a question from a fellow New Jersey resident!

At this time, Guests ages 3 and older dining at a prix-fixe location will be charged for a multi-course meal. However, note that at these restaurants, there is usually a lower cost for children ages 3-9. Be sure to check the details on the restaurant's page as to how many courses are currently offered, the pricing, and current food offerings to see which is the best option for your family.

My favorite prix-fixe options for dining with children are Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Park and SPACE 220 Restaurant in EPCOT. Each of these locations offers delicious options for both children and adults and has some incredible theming. If you have a Beauty and the Beast fan in the group, Be Our Guest Restaurant is the perfect opportunity to feel like you are dining in Beast's Castle in the movie. And SPACE 220 Restaurant offers a unique experience when entering and exiting the restaurant, as well as completely mesmerizing views of what it's like to dine 220 miles above EPCOT! I find myself staring out the "windows" to see the astronauts and other hidden surprises throughout the meal.

Michael, I hope you and your family enjoy all of the culinary delights the restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort offer! If you have any other questions, I'd be happy to answer them!

If it's not Baroque, don't fix it,
    Matt
