My 2 year old boy (almost 3) keeps telling me he wants to be dressed up like a pirate. It says he has to be 3 for the pirate league. Any ideas for in the park to get my boys dressed like pirates? Is there a shop I can buy them outfits too?

Greetings Leslie!  It's so fun when kids know exactly what they want to wear to walk around the parks.  I have a little girl and she is always planning her princess outfits.

You are correct, children must be 3 or over to participate in the Pirates League.  However, where you enter the Pirates League, there is a gift shop with all kinds of swashbuckling swag you can purchase for your kids.  There are several pirate outfits as well as accessories.  Costumes are on a first come first serve basis so keep in mind that sizes do vary.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
