BOO to you, Brittney! Thank you so much for stopping by to see us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm happy to scare up an answer to your spook-tacular question!
What an exciting time you'll have with your little ghoul at this year's
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! It's one of my favorite times of year at the Walt Disney World Resort, and I just know you'll love the spooky (but not-so-scary!) fun.
As you know, your ticket to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party provides admission to the Magic Kingdom Park once the party officially begins at 7 p.m. Guests entering the Magic Kingdom for the party will receive a wristband that they'll need to wear throughout the evening. Since you and your little one will already be in the Magic Kingdom that day, you can pick up your wristbands near the front entrance, or at a couple of different locations inside the Park. Your best bet is to ask a Cast Member where the wristband distribution will be and what time they'll start handing them out. Although the party starts at 7 p.m., party Guests may be allowed to enter as early as 4 p.m., so you can start looking for your wristbands around then.
If you're still dreaming up costumes to wear, be sure to take a look at
this fun video from the Disney Parks Blog with Disney's costume guidelines.
Brittney, I'm sure you're looking forward all the hauntingly amazing fun like Mickey's Boo-to-You Parade and the yummy exclusive treats, but did you know Disney has conjured up something new for this year's party? Yep, there's a
brand new fireworks show making its debut this year, and you'll get to see it! How fang-tabulous is that?
I hope this helps you and your little goblin have a blast at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, Brittney. And as they say in
The Haunted Mansion, "Hurry baaack!"
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
