    In this year (2014) you will offer a free dining plan ??

    Hi Thaisa:

    At the Moms Panel, we don't have a line of sight into special offers into free dining that aren't also available to the public.  If the promotion becomes available, you usually can modify your reservation to take advantage of the offer if you contact Disney or your travel agent to make the change.  Keep checking Disney's Special Offers page and the Disney Parks Blog.
