Welcome to planDisney, Janet!
You must be so excited for your upcoming visit to
Walt Disney World!
Regarding your ticket, keep in mind that the card itself is a great way for Guests to gain access to the parks, but it's not the only way to do so. That confirmation number is key to experiencing all the magic in the parks, so it's great that you have that.
Simply open up your
My Disney Experience account, and be sure that you've linked that ticket to your account. Just sign in and hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience tab (top right side of the home page). Select "My MagicBands and Cards", and see if you've already linked your ticket to your account. If it's not there, scroll down to the bottom of the page to find "Link a MagicBand" and click on the blue button "Link". Next, you'll be taken to a page where you'll see "Tickets" as an option; select that and you can enter your ticket information there.
If you aren't able to get your ticket linked that way, you can call for assistance: (407) 939-5277. Whenever I've had a technical difficulty with a ticket, a Cast Member has been able to fix the glitch and get me on my way in no time. I'm sure that will be the case for you, too!
In addition, if you have a MagicBand from a prior trip, your ticket will be accessible via that Band. If not, you can easily head to a ticket window at a park and ask for a new card that's linked to your ticket.
Of course, all of this can be done using the super-convenient
My Disney Experience mobile app, too. Be sure you've downloaded that prior to arrival so that all of your vacation details are available right in the palm of your hand.
As you plan your most magical day, Janet, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
