Hi there, Courtney, and welcome to planDisney!
I can't believe how close we already are to the holiday season. After all, we're
Halfway to Halloween! I'm extra ready for the Halloween party's trick-or-treating, Mickey's Boo To You Halloween Parade, and its not-so-spooky ride overlays. Just when you think that it doesn't get better, shopping for merch at
Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in the midst of all of the fun sounds like a great plan!
I spoke to a friendly Cast Member via the "Chat With Us" feature in the
My Disney Experience app to get an answer for you. She said that although the hours and availability of dining, merchandise, and attraction locations are subject to change, historically, Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe is open during
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. In case the shop will indeed close for official party hours, my advice is to head straight for the shop that night. You can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 p.m. with a Halloween Party ticket. At that point, the park is still open for daytime guests, so the chances of it being open are exponentially higher.
AN EXTRA GEM: The
Disney's Days of Christmas store at Disney Springs is an equally amazing place to personalize gifts--no theme park ticket required! Hop on a complimentary Disney bus or park in one of the garages (Lime is closest) and explore this store's unique items.
Courtney, I hope that you have a boo-tastic time at the party and that your wish of nighttime shopping at one of the coolest Disney shops around. Please don't hesitate to
reach out to us here at planDisney if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit. I'm all ears!
Magic always,
LeAndra
