    Does the Yacht Club resort place a hold on a dollar amount upon check in? We are on a very limited budget and can't part with $200 or $300 dollars for the hotel deposit.

    Hi Cynthia,

    No worries! The Walt Disney World hotels do not require a hold on a credit card for incidentals as is done at other hotels around the country.

    You will have the option of placing a card on file for room charges (purchased made and billed to your room) but you can easily decline this service. You may place cash or a gift card on your account as well, but again, it is not necessary.
