Can I get from Yacht Club to Hollywood Studios on the Skyliner? Approximately how long would it take? Do I need to switch cars?

    Hello, Karen,

Thank you for sending your question to planDisney.  The Disney Skyliner has become one of my absolute favorite ways to travel while at Walt Disney World.  It is an incredibly peaceful ride with amazing views.  In fact on our last trip, my husband and I took the Skyliner for an extra round-trip from our resort because we were enjoying it so much!

When you are at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, you will need to take the short walk to the International Gateway, which is the back entrance of EPCOT.  From there, you will take the Skyliner to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, which takes about 15 minutes.  Once there, you will need to transfer to the Disney's Hollywood Studio line.  There are clearly marked signs indicating where you need to go as well as cast members who can assist you.   The length of this route is about 6 minutes.  Please keep in mind these times do not include the wait times to get into a gondola.

Wishing you a magical trip!  Please let us know if you have any further questions. -Kara
