I will be at the Yacht & Beach resort on business in March and I'm thinking of taking my 6yo daughter with me. Are there any babysitting services at the resort? Thank you.

Hi Iris!  The Yacht and Beach Club resorts are a great place to stay while at Walt Disney World. Your daughter will love her vacation coming along with you!

The resorts themselves have a Children's Program called the Sandcastle Club. It is located in the Beach Club side and is for potty trained kids ages 4 through 12.  It is available from 4:30pm to midnight.  There are toys, computers, games, movies and dinner is included.  Reservations are required and for the latest cost please call the resort front desk at 407-934-7000.

If you need sitting service at any other time I would highly recommend the private sitting service Disney also recommends called Kids Nite Out.  They will send sitters to your room and there is a four hour minimum.  They come prepared with activities for the age of your child and  we usually arrange for them to use room service of any meals during the time we are gone.  We also get a dummy room key from the front desk that does not have charge privileges with it so the sitter can walk the resort with the kids. You can reach them for more information and current pricing by calling 1-800-696-8105 or 407-828-0920.
