Writing to a disney character and receiving post card response - is this for America only or the rest of the world also?

    Hi David!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It's always a pleasure to answer questions from my fellow Guests from the UK, and I'm sure there will be other UK and European Guests who may be wondering the same thing.  It's such a lovely idea to write to a Disney character, and then receive a "signed" response from them.  This is open for everyone to enjoy, wherever you live.  I think this would be a very nice gesture as part of your pre-holiday build-up, or indeed, after you have arrived back home from Walt Disney World and need some cheering up (I know I would love it as much as any child!).  If you need it for a specific date, please allow as much time as possible.  If you met some of the characters during your holiday, it might be nice to send them a letter to say how nice it was to meet them - or that you are looking forward to meeting them on your next visit.

The address to write to is:

    To: ~ character name ~
    Walt Disney World Communications
    P.O. Box 10040
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-0040
    USA

Please remember to include a return address in your letter (and maybe take a photo of the letter you send, as you will not receive it back).  Any Disney character can be addressed, but it is likely your reply will be signed by any (or all) of these: Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto,  or by the Disney Princesses.

Please come back and visit us again if you have any further questions.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official updates.
