Ahoy, Jacqueline!
Welcome back to planDisney! I love this question because one of my favorite things about the Disney Destiny is how Disney leaned all the way in on these bold, interactive character experiences. The entertainment on this ship is anything but ordinary, and Cruella definitely understood the assignment.
The fantastic news is that
Wretched Runway: Cruella’s Fashion Show is open to Guests of all ages. Kids are absolutely welcome to watch and even participate, which makes it such a fun, unpredictable experience. Whether you want to sit back and enjoy the chaos from the audience or confidently strut down the runway, I highly recommend arriving a little early so you can grab a good viewing spot. It was a blast seeing kids and adults alike (yes, men too!) working the catwalk and doing their best to earn Cruella’s approval. If you’re feeling inspired, packing a special outfit is never a bad idea. After all, Cruella has always had a thing for dramatic fashion, especially anything involving black, white, and spots.
As I mentioned, there are so many unique activities happening throughout the sailing, but you’ll also want to keep an eye out for
Treble-Making with Cruella. This experience is adults only, so it’s a great time for the kiddos to head off to
the Oceaneer Club while you enjoy a little villainous fun of your own. Be sure to favorite it in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you’re onboard because it was very popular on our sailing. I definitely recommend lining up early to snag a good seat, and trust me, it’s worth every minute of the wait.
I hope this helps as you start mapping out your onboard must-dos.
The Destiny is full of moments that feel delightfully unexpected, and this one is pure scene-stealer energy. Cruella wouldn’t have it any other way.
Sea ya real soon as the adventure continues into a bright new year,
Dustin
