Hi Andrea!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you sailed by with your planning question about an upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation; planning is just half the fun that awaits you onboard.
Now that you’ve got your cruise booked and reserved, you want to make sure have all the other arrangements made to get you to and from the port for your adventure at sea! Disney Cruise Line recommends that Guests book air transportation on debarkation day no earlier than 11:25AM so you should be good to go with an 11:50AM flight out of Orlando International Airport. They also ask that Guests with flights prior to 12:00PM inform Guests Services sometime during your time onboard so that you receive the proper luggage tags from your stateroom host or hostess, ensuring that you are in the first set of Guests to disembark on that final morning. If you are planning on using
Disney Cruise Line ground transfers to Orlando International Airport you will want to book those at least three days prior to your voyage and this can be done by contacting Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 or contacting your travel agent. Debarkation typically begins around 8:00AM assuming no delays in arrival back to Port Canaveral.
When you complete your
Online Check-In, you will want to have your flight information available, so make sure you have that handy when you go to complete your Online Check-In. Online Check-In and onboard booking begins for first-time Guests 75 days prior to sailing so if you haven’t yet set that reminder on your calendar, go ahead and do so!
As you continue planning for your adventure at sea, please come back with any other questions you may have!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
