Is it worthwhile to use a fastpass choice on a parade or fireworks?

    Hi Alaina,

I love the FastPass+ system as it helps hold my spot in line while I am enjoying another attraction or show. This makes the trip more magical as I am doing and not waiting.

We only use the FastPass+ for attractions and shows. For the shows, we generally only do this if we have no other option. For example, Indiana Jones Stunt Spectacular is available with a FastPass+. If we have a free FastPass+, we will use it on this show.

We will not use one for a parade or fireworks. There are generally enough spots along the parade route or in the park to watch both. Many times we decide at that time if we want to see the parade and walk up to it. It is the same for the fireworks.

However, I would use a FastPass+ on a character greeting especially if I could not dine with the character. For example, I would use a FastPass+ for Elsa and Anna but not Cinderella or Mickey Mouse as they have meals to enjoy with them.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
