Would it be worth using garden grocer for our upcoming vacation at SS? Would like to purchase water, milk , fruit etc or will we be able to get this on site? If we did use garden grocer what would happen with the groceries until we arrived? Love the panel

Hi Adam! My family uses Garden Grocer all the time when we are staying at the Fort Wilderness cabins. With the full size kitchen that the cabins have it comes in useful to have food to prepare simple breakfasts and lunches.

There is a $40 minimum when ordering from them but it doesn't take long to reach that.  I highly recommend you order from them even though the Disney resort stores will have a small supply of the items you mentioned. Garden Grocer fruits and produce are very fresh and they offer a large variety including many different types of apples for example. It won't take long to reach your minimum when ordering water, and some staples as well as some snacks and breakfast items.

You will choose a date and a time span that you wish you have your order delivered. Most resorts will have the orders in your room when you arrive and if that is not possible they will hold it at the check in area. Perishables will be cared for accordingly. I like to put my order in no less then three weeks ahead of arrival as they only have a few spots for each day.
