Would it be worth it to purchase an annual pass, book a resort hotel then bring food for breakfast and lunch and then purchase a meal in the park? Looking to have a great and inexpensive trip. Looking at, at least, 2 solo trips a year.

Hiya Pal! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. We’re glad you stopped by to bring us your question.

Jeremy, as a member of the Annual Passholder family, I can’t help but to encourage you to join the fun! But if budget-friendly is what you seek, I do recommend you crunch numbers as you consider your options. If I’m not mistaken, the magic number of visits to make an Annual Pass a good financial choice is 10-park day visits. But with seasonal pricing, that will all depend on when you are planning your solo trips and the length of those visits.

Keep in mind the extras that come with your Annual Pass, like all your PhotoPass pictures. You AP gives you the benefit to edit, download, and share all the memories captured by Disney’s PhotoPass photographers, including ride pictures, for the entire year your pass is active. Also consider the exclusive benefits and discounts that you can enjoy as a passholder. With discounts on select dining, merchandise, tours and experiences, and more, the savings can add up, making an Annual Pass a great investment.

I hope this information helps you as you plan all your upcoming visits to the Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any additional questions or would like planning tips or advice, be sure to come back and see us again.

    Wishing you a magical day,

    Emille
