Is it worth getting the Park Hopper Pass to avoid crowds in the parks with Extra Magic Hours? So that you could spend part of the day in a less crowded park and then switch to the other park just for the Extra Magic Hours?

    Hi Trista!

Whether or not to add the park hopper option to your tickets can be a hard decision to make, and depending on who you ask you would get many different answers. The park hopper can be a substantial amount of money depending on how many people are in your family, but it can be money well spent - especially if you're travelling during a busy time.

I personally always get the park hopper option on my tickets. I like knowing that I can hop over to another park in case the one I'm in gets too busy. No matter how much you prepare and plan for your trip, you may find that you want to change your plans halfway through the day. Having park hoppers definitely helps give you flexibility. I also find that I want to plan a lot of meals in Epcot, and having a park hopper makes that possible.

If I visit the morning extra magic hours, I usually hop to another park around lunchtime. If it is within your budget to add the option to your tickets, I would go for it!

I hope this helps! Have a wonderful vacation!
