Is it worth the extra cost to have a room with club-level service at the Grand Californian?

    Hi there, Linda!

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question. It sounds like your trip is going to be practically perfect in every way! Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa is my very favorite Disneyland Resort Hotel, so I would love to give you more information about this destination and the fabulous club-level service offered here.

Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa truly boasts the best perks of any hotel on property in my opinion. The dedicated park entrance for hotel Guests into Disney California Adventure Park is priceless. It makes trips back to the room throughout the day such a breeze. Plus, I think dining options here are extraordinary. For casual fare, White Water Snacks is the perfect choice, and their gourmet pizzas are my favorite. When you are looking for an unforgettable culinary experience then Napa Rose is your answer. Whether you make a reservation for dinner or just have some drinks in the lounge, you are going to absolutely love the food and beverages here. If you are looking for a Character meal, Storytellers Cafe offers my very favorite breakfast option. You can find classic favorites and inventive dishes to satisfy any palate.

Club-level rooms at this hotel feature personal service and exclusive access to The Veranda. During certain times of the day you can find light bites, gourmet coffees, and alcoholic beverages in this beautiful lounge space. I loved coming here for breakfasts in the morning, afternoon tea, evening appetizers, and desserts while watching fireworks from the balcony. I most-definitely think this service is worth it if you plan on spending some time back at the hotel to take advantage of this lounge area. It may beneficial to plan a day or two where you don't even visit the parks so you can spend time enjoying hotel amenities like The Veranda and the great pools!

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other vacation-planning questions. Have a Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah day!
