Hello, Hazel! Personally, I think if you are going to see the
Candlelight Processional, the dinner package is the
only way to go. You'll be having dinner anyway, so why not enjoy it at a
nearby World Showcase restaurant and be guaranteed a seat for the show
and a pre-arranged viewing area for Illuminations too? I think your
granddaughters' ages are perfect to sit through the 40-minute show;
they'll probably be singing along by the end!
You can book this dinner
package 180 days in advance of your arrival dates by calling
407-WDW-DINE
for the current
information and prices. Here is some information based on last years
restaurants about the Candlelight Dining Package (it is subject to
change but the restaurants have been pretty consistent over the years):
There are 3 tiers of pricing for restaurants and another 2 sets of
prices from there - one price for the 5pm show and another price for the 6:45 and
8:15pm shows.
Tier 1:
Biergarten – Germany
Garden Grill - The Land
Tier 2:
San Angel Inn – Mexico
Nine Dragons Restaurant - China
Rose and Crown - UK
Restaurant Marrakesh – Morocco
Tier 3:
Le Cellier Steakhouse - Canada
Chefs de France - France
Teppan Edo and Tokyo Dining - Japan
Tutto Italia - Italy
Coral Reef- The Living Seas
The pricing ranges from $32 up to $59 per adult, and $14.99-$22.99 per child aged 3-9, depending on which tier
and which show time you choose, not including tax or gratuity. Two of my family's favorite choices for this event are Teppan Edo or Chefs de France.
I hope that helps with your planning and that you enjoy dinner and the
Candlelight Processional!
