I am worried about the ME and buses from the Contemporary. We have 3 kids & 2 strollers. Does CR share a route w/other resorts when going to AK or HS? How many stops? Will we get seats? How many stops will ME make on the way to/from CR to the airp

    Hi Kim!

Magical Express busses will take you from the airport to your hotel and vice versa.  These busses do multiple drop offs/pick ups for guests, so you it is very likely that you'll be stopping at other resorts before arriving at Disney's Contemporary Resort, or after they pick you up (usually not more than 3 or 4).  You will be seated on these busses at all times, as your seats are reserved.

Once on property, the rest of your transportation needs will be served by Disney Transportation.  These busses can share routes during off times to maximize efficiency and conserve energy resources.  You should be fine with getting a seat, although there are times that you will need to stand and that generally occurs with transportation right before your destination park opens or closes (and resorts wouldn't be sharing busses at this time because of peak demand).  Be prepared for these times, and have your strollers folded and the kids settled so you can board.  Once on, move all the way to the back to make room for others (and so you don't hold up the line).  While on the bus, especially if it is a full bus, we've always had others offer seats to our children, and one of the adults sits with the kids while the other minds the stroller(s).  If a bus is full and you'd rather not stand, you always have the option of waiting for another bus to arrive.

    Have a magical vacation!
