Hi Amy,

You are referring to a "Bounce-back Offer". These are sporadically offered in rooms. The specific details vary with each offer, and whether or not you will receive one is quite unpredictable. On all of my trips, I've never found a rhyme or reason as to why or when I get a bounce-back in my room. It really depends on what specials Disney is offering at the time. I will say that these particular offers are generally quite specific and only for certain dates (so not very flexible).
