Will be in the World Nov 12-21, 2008 and we are wondering what time we can expect it to get dark at that time of year? Also, want to know if we should be packing shorts or capri pants?

According to the website timeanddate.com, sunset for mid-November in Orlando is about 5:30 p.m. As for the weather, the average high is in the mid-70s and the average low (at night) is in the mid-50s. Bear in mind that these are only averages, so during your trip you experience daytime temperatures anywhere from the high 80s to the low 50s. My strategy is to start checking the forecast on weather.com to see what to expect during my stay. If I were just going by the averages though, I would probably pack mostly capris, but also 1-2 pair of shorts and 1-2 pair of jeans or other long pants, just to be safe.

I haven't been to WDW in November yet (1st time this year!), but I have been a few times in early December. Once then it was so freezing we bought mittens at the Magic Kingdom and my babysitter slipped on the ice at the Wilderness Lodge, another year I brought warm clothes for a December trip and ended up wearing the same pair of shorts all week because it was in the 80s.

You really just have to check the forecast and bring lots of options.
