    Hi Jamie,

I love Disney's BoardWalk Villas!  It is my home resort with Disney Vacation Club.  Like you, I really enjoy the ability to walk to so many restaurants and to have Epcot in quick walking distance.  I have also taken my daughter, husband, and mother on vacation with me in a 2-bedroom villa at Disney's BoardWalk Villas.  We had a wonderful time!

I have stayed in many areas of the BoardWalk Villas.  Where you will get the quietest villa will depend on your view.  The BoardWalk View villas tend to be a little noisier since they are right where the action is on Disney's BoardWalk.  Some people like to request a villa on a higher floor to be above the noise.  I have to tell you; however, I have stayed in a 2-bedroom villa on the second floor right above Disney's BoardWalk, and with all of the doors closed, at night I just heard a gentle background buzz that did not bother me.  If you are staying in a Preferred View room, you will have a view of a pool, water or garden area.  Of these, the pool is probably the noisiest view, so you could request a water or garden view.  If you have a pool view, a view of the quiet pool will likely be less noisy than a view of Luna Park Pool, the main pool.  On our last trip, we were in a villa that faced across the canal toward the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, and it was lovely and peaceful.  Standard View villas offer views of resort grounds or parking.  In this case, the resort grounds may be the quieter view.  In any case, a villa on a higher floor may be the most quiet.  Please do note that while Disney will do their best to honor requests, they are not guaranteed.

I hope that this information helps, Jamie.  Have a great time planning you vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
