We were in the World last week and came home late Monday night. After a 3 hour delay and getting in at 2 AM, my 6 year old left his Boba Fett hat on the airplane. Is there any way I can buy another one now that I am home?

    Hi Amy,

Oh no!  I sure hope your Walt Disney World vacation held enough magic to overshadow the hassle you endured on your way home!  I'm so sorry to hear that your son has lost his souvenir - but hopefully you can have it replaced in no time.

It is actually quite common for guests to regret not buying a specific souvenir, or look to replace something lost or broken, so thankfully Walt Disney World has a mail order merchandise department.  This is the best place to start in your quest for a new Boba Fett hat.

They can be reached by telephone at 407-363-6200 or via email at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com.  When calling be prepared to describe the item with the most detail possible.  I you can can remember the location that you purchased the hat, the price you paid or anything else specific about it this will help tremendously in tracking down another one.  If you happen to have your receipt from the last one, that would probably be the best way to make sure you get the same replacement item.

    Good luck!
