Hello Timothy,
Thanks for stopping in to see us here at planDisney!
It's so cool to see you're planning a return to "The Most Magical Place on Earth." And from the looks of it, you're arriving just in time to be part of
"The World’s Most Magical Celebration." There's so much excellent EARidescent fun planned for the big event. I'm sure you'll have a great time celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Walt Disney World Resort.
It sounds like you have Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets with the
No Expiration Option. That's great to hear. Those tickets can still be used for admission to the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
You'll first want to
link your theme park tickets to your
My Disney Experience account. You can typically link your theme park tickets by entering the ticket ID number or ticket purchase confirmation number into the form that lets you link the tickets. Depending on when you purchased your theme park tickets with the No Expiration Option, you might need to call the Walt Disney World Resort Internet Help Desk at (407) 939-4357 and speak with a Cast Member who can assist you in linking your tickets.
It's also a good idea to take a look at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if the theme parks you want to visit have reservations available for the dates you wish to visit.
Once you have your theme park tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can make your theme park reservations using the
Disney Park Pass system.
If you make a theme park reservation and need to cancel that reservation, you can do this really easily through your My Disney Experience account. Simply sign in to your My Disney Experience account and go to your
"My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" page. You'll see your Disney Park Pass reservations on your "Daily Itinerary" tab. You can click on the "View Details" button to see more reservation information and to see an option to cancel the reservation.
When you cancel a Disney Park Pass theme park reservation, it doesn't affect your theme park tickets or use up any valid admission days on your tickets. You can make new theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system based on what reservations are available on a future date you might like to visit.
Timothy, I hope this information helps you set up your theme park reservations to enjoy all the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks.
Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!
Jerry
