Will world of color open desert package In March

    Hello, Patricia!

I'm delighted you stopped by planDisney with your question! The World of Color Dessert Party is at the top of my family's "must-do" list when visiting Disneyland Resort. Sitting in the dedicated viewing area while watching one of my favorite shows is the perfect way to end a fun-filled day at Disneyland! Desserts and cheeses, an alcoholic beverage, and unlimited soft drinks, bottled water, and some warm drinks are all included. It's so much fun!

Guests can usually reserve the World of Color Dessert Party up to 60 days in advance, although sometimes reservations become available a little closer to your arrival date. Since your trip is within that 60-day window, I recommend checking the Disneyland Resort website at least daily to see if and when reservations become available for your visit.

I usually line up to check-in for the World of Color Dessert Party about 45 minutes before our reservation time. The Cast Members often let Guests choose their table, based on availability. For adults-only trips, I request the high-top tables with director chairs. When my kids are with me, I prefer the low-top tables and folding chairs (because they can get a little wiggly!). Both offer superb views!

I hope you get an opportunity to enjoy the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival during your trip. Soarin' Over California is scheduled to return for the Festival, and there are endless food and drink options to sample!

If you are successful in reserving the World of Color Dessert Party, make sure to bring a sweater. It gets a little chilly sitting close to the water! Have a magical trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
