I am working on a special dinner for my wife's 40th birthday, and we will be in Disney World. What are some signature places to celebrate?

    Hello again, James!

How exciting you are planning to celebrate your wife's magical milestone birthday at Walt Disney World Resort! There are some fantastic Signature Dining Experiences and these are a few that are always on my must-do list:

~ The BOATHOUSE: Great Food, Waterfront Dining, Dream Boats- From steaks to fresh seafood, this waterfront dining is a new addition to Disney Springs. Be sure to save room for the s’mores baked Alaska!

~ Morimoto Asia- I had the opportunity to dine at this 2-story Disney Springs restaurant last December with my fellow Moms Panelists. We feasted on delicious sushi, Orange Chicken, and my favorite, Morimoto Spare Ribs.

~ Yachtsman Steakhouse-This restaurant is at the top of my husband's list as it offers New England charm, and features a delicious Black Angus Filet Mignon with Cabernet Wine Sauce.

~ Victoria & Albert's- If you are looking to indulge, then this is the restaurant to do so. The Chef's Table offers a one of a kind experience and a 10-course meal prepared just for your celebration.

To top off the birthday festivities, consider ordering a Custom Specialty Cake to be delivered right to your table-service restaurant. To order, simply give the folks at the Cake Hotline a call at least 72 hours before your dining reservation.

I hope this helps with your planning, James. Please let me know if you have other questions.
