Good day Carmen!
Thanks for dropping by planDisney with your question today! We’re delighted that you’re here!
If you or someone in your party is unable to make the walk along the tram pathway from the
parking structure to the main entrance, you have a couple of options. You can have the person dropped off at the Harbor Boulevard entrance. It’s a much shorter walk to security and the theme park main gates on that side. Or you may ask a Cast Member at the parking structure for a courtesy wheelchair to use to get to the theme park entrance.
Your day at the Disneyland Resort will include a lot of walking. So, I’m happy to hear that you are planning to rent a
Wheelchair or Electric Conveyance Vehicle (ECV). These rentals are available outside the theme parks, next to the
Disneyland Park Main Entrance. Wheelchairs and ECVs are rented on a first-come, first-served basis, so please plan to arrive early as only a limited number are available each day.
If you have additional questions before your visit, I recommended contacting Disability Services at (407) 560-2547.
I hope this helps! Please come see us again if you think of any more questions.
