Hello, I work in a special ed.classroom and I have 3 seniors that will be attending grad night at Disneyland in may. One of them is in a wheel chair and has no movement in her legs. Are there any rides she can’t ride? Anything else we should be aware of?

Thanks, Toby, for bringing your question to the planDisney Panel!

Grad Nite at the Happiest Place on Earth is one of the resort’s longest-running traditions. I hope your students have a magical time.

Concerning accessibility throughout the parks, there are several attractions that can be experienced by Guests with no mobility waist-down. For example, the Jungle Cruise is an attraction where Guests may remain in their wheelchair or ECV to experience the ride. Additionally, if your student is using a regular wheelchair, they may also experience one of Disneyland Resort’s newest attractions, Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance – for this experience, there will be a transfer access vehicle available.

For a complete list of the ambulatory requirements for each attraction, visit the Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities webpage.

I hope your students have a great time. And should any of your students have more questions, feel free to send them our way!

    Best wishes,
    Lola
