Hi Sheridan! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by!
I'm happy to hEAR that you have decided to plan another trip to the
Most Magical Place on Earth! As you know, the February and March time frame is one of the best times to visit. I love the weather during this time of year, with most days being fairly pleasant and nights being a bit on the cooler side. It makes getting around the parks to be that much more enjoyable.
Being that you have tickets that went unused during your last visit, you should be able to use them for your upcoming trip in February. There will be a few things to consider before confirming this. First, the tickets must have not been used for any amount of days to use the value toward a future purchase. For example, if you have a 7-day ticket and one day was used, then this ticket will have already expired. Second, if the tickets are already under your
My Disney Experience account, then applying the value of these tickets to future park tickets is a simple process. If the tickets are currently listed under another Guest's account, you will need them to contact the Walt Disney World Resort to have this individual give you permission to use the value of these tickets.
In order to use these old tickets, you will need to
call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They will need to apply the previous value of the tickets to the purchase of new park tickets for your selected dates. This is not something you can take care of yourself by using your My Disney Experience account.
Being that your last visit was in March of this year, it seems like you arrived a few months before the debut of
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind. Let me tell you, this new attraction is an absolute must-do on your next visit! EPCOT was already contending for my favorite park, but this ride may have jumped it to a clear number one! This ride is entertaining, exhilarating, and innovative all at the same time.
Sheridan, I hope you have the best time visiting Walt Disney World in the new year! There is so much to look forward to that I'm sure you are already counting down the days!
Happy planning!
Greg
