    How does it work to mail stuff to our room before our trip. We are traveling with a 12 month old.

    Hi Stacy - when my son was 11 months old, we also chose to ship a box directly to the resort.  You'll want to call your resort directly to get the appropriate mailing address and shipping directions.  I had the box arrive the same day we did, and it was there when we arrived.  

    Make sure that you put your name, check-in date, and the resort address on the shipping label.
