How does it work when you have a DAS pass and you are trying to ride a ride that only offers Virtual Ques?

Greetings, Taylor, we thank you for your loyalty consulting planDisney for your Disney Destinations planning!

If you have been granted Disney’s Disability Access Service accommodation, and you wish to join a Virtual Queue, you may do so via the My Disney Experience app by requesting to join at 7:00 AM ET, with valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation. Or, you may try again at 1:00 PM ET after entering the theme park. When your Boarding Group number is called, please proceed to the Lightning Lane entrance of the attraction.

Taylor, may I offer Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ service for your consideration. This service will streamline your theme park touring experience based on your preferred attractions, experiences, and dining, providing you with a flexible itinerary to enhance your theme park touring. The DAS can be used in conjunction with this service.

Disney’s Disability Service also offers pre-registration from the comfort of your home with DAS Advance Planning. You can participate in a live video chat anywhere from 30 days in advance of your visit, but no less than 2 days before your arrival. During your video chat, the Cast Member will take a quick photo of the Guest who needs the accommodation, and the Cast Member will be able to book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select attractions and experiences. You will also be able to make additional DAS self-selections using your My Disney Experience App, in person at a conveniently located kiosk, at the attraction entrance on the day of your theme park visits, or after entry in a theme park, please stop by Guest Relations with all in your travel party, including the Guest needing the accommodation.

May I direct you to Disney’s Services for Guests with Disabilities to optimize your visit, and the email for the Disability Services Team at disability.services@disneyparks.com for any further questions.

We hope this information is helpful, Taylor, and we look forward to assisting you again soon.

    Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
