I work for a company that offers a very good discount on 5-day Hopper tickets. If I want to upgrade these to 6-day or 7-day instead at the parks (not available through work) how to the determine the cost? Will my discount still be intact?

    Hi Justin,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. Your workplace sounds like my kind of company!

Unfortunately, without knowing exactly what type of discounted Theme Park Tickets you’ll be purchasing through your company’s program, it’s hard for me to be able to give you an answer with respect to any potential upgrades (either adding extra days or features) and what the impact would be in terms of cost. Some tickets, especially the ones that are complimentary or awarded in the context of a prize or contest (for example) can’t be upgraded or changed, others can.

I would recommend contacting Walt Disney World Resort in order to see whether they can give you any more information about the types of tickets that your company offers. A surefire way to get better information would be to actually purchase one of these tickets (if that’s an option for you at this time) and then to communicate with Walt Disney World Resort in order to know what your options are. It’s usually easier for them to answer upgrade questions when you actually have the ticket(s) in hand!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
