Welcome to planDisney, Estefania! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today.
The end of the
Disney Park Pass reservation system is just around the corner in early 2024, but it hasn't quite arrived yet so your ticket type more than likely does require a Theme Park reservation. The first thing to do is ensure your ticket is properly linked to your My Disney Experience account. Log into the
My Disney Experience app and select the main menu in the bottom right corner of the screen. Tap on the "Tickets and Passes" tile, and check if your ticket is there. If you don't see it, tap the plus sign at the top right corner of the screen, select "Link Tickets & Passes," and follow the instructions on the screen to connect your ticket to My Disney Experience.
Once your ticket is connected, tap the plus sign at the bottom of the screen and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." This is where you can select which Theme Park you want to visit this weekend! If your tickets are linked but you still aren't able to make Disney Park Pass reservations, I recommend
calling the hotline for Existing Tickets, and a friendly Disney Cast Member will help you out. They can tell you more about your ticket type and exactly what will be required for you to set up your visit to The Most Magical Place On Earth.
I hope this answers your question, Estefania, and please let us know how else we can help you plan your trip!
