    Is there any word about when/if afternoon tea will reopen at The Grand Floridian resort?

    Welcome back to planDisney! Afternoon tea at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa sure sounds like a delightful way to relax during a busy Walt Disney World vacation!  

    I have reached out to Cast Members and I'm sorry to be the one to share some disappointing news but there doesn't seem to be any updates about the future return of the afternoon tea. It isn't known when or if it will return but I'm crossing my fingers and toes to see it come back so that I can finally experience it along with you very soon!

    If looking for a relaxing time I would suggest considering a Spa Service at the Mandara Spa at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The Balinese Massage sure does sound delightful as it "eases stress and encourages harmony." If you don't want to travel too far I would recommend checking out Citricos at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The brand new theming is based on Mary Poppins Returns and has such an elegant and comfortable environment. I would try to check it out for some delicious Mediterranean-inspired food and drinks. Don't forget to consider an Enchanting Extra like a Ferrytale Fireworks: A Sparkling Dessert Cruise!
