    It won’t let me buy tickets. I’ve tried the website on my laptop, my phone, and the app, and it just keeps saying “you’ve ducked out, try again later”. I’ve checked availability for the date I want to go and it says all open availability. I don’t know why.

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm sorry it took a few days for us to get back to you. It's been a busy season for Walt Disney World Resort with all of the exciting new announcements! 

    I don't know if you have been able to buy tickets yet but let's see if I can give you some ideas. I hope the day you tried to purchase the tickets was just a weird day on the site as sometimes this happens. 

    I would try again and purchase the tickets with your laptop and if you find it is still not working I would try using your laptop and a browser window in "incognito" or "private" mode. A fresh browser without any cookies or browsing history noise may be what you need to finally get the site to work. If for some reason you continue to have issues then I would call "New Tickets" and have a Cast Member do all of the heavy lifting for you.

    Since you are arriving during the spooky season you should think about getting tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. I'm very excited to enjoy it again this year and have been eagerly planning our family costume. This is the only time you can come dressed in costume (within guidelines) while in the Parks. I love the candy, the music, and all of the shows and experiences. Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade is one of my favorite parades and not to be missed! 

    I hope this helps and you get those tickets!
