Hello I was wondering why it won’t let me make a reservation. Every time I try to make a reservation it tells me “ This pass has reached its theme park reservations limit.” but when I purchased the tickets it says that reservation were still available.

Welcome to planDisney, it’s so nice to have you visiting us today. Great news! It does sound like you do already have a theme park reservation scheduled for your tip. The message you are receiving basically means that you have already scheduled the number of theme park reservations that are allotted for your ticket type.

One way to ease your nerves, and double check for your theme park reservation, is by using the Disneyland mobile app. I recommend downloading the mobile app and signing into your Disney account. Once signed in, underneath the welcome banner, you should see your theme park reservations listed. As long as you see your reservations listed there, for the correct date, you’re good to go!
