Hi there! I was wondering why can't I place a fantasmic dinner reservation for any dates past September 11? I've checked since the 60 day mark and to no avail! Will it still be available at that location?

Hiya, Jacqueline! Welcome to planDisney. We are so happy you found your way to our little corner of the magic! It looks like you will be visiting the Happiest Place on Earth just as Halloween Time is ushering the happy haunts into the parks. What a SPOOK-tacular time of the year!

Fantasmic! is also one of my all-time favorite Disneyland nighttime spectaculars, so I can understand wanting to make sure you have a great view of the show. After labor day, Fantasmic! moves to a weekends-only schedule with performances on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I think this is the issue you are running into when you are trying to book a dining package for Tuesday, September 13th as there is not a performance that night. If you plan to be in the parks on a weekend night, you should see those dates available to book. The dining packages go quickly, so you are smart to have been looking from the 60-day mark. I know this is not the pixie-dusted news you were hoping for, but I'm hopeful that it at least helps in your planning and maybe we can find some alternative magic to add to your evening!

Nights at the Disneyland resort are my absolute favorite. There is just an extra touch of Disney magic once the sun sets! Since you will be there during Halloween Time, you can catch the boo-tacular Halloween Screams projections show on Sleeping Beauty Castle. This special show is only available during Halloween Time and is not to be missed! You can also take a look at the Entertainment Schedule ahead of time to plan out your evening. There are so many Halloween Time surprises from photo opportunities with Mickey and Minnie in their costumes (which I've heard are extra cute this year!) to the iconic, giant Mickey Pumpkin at the top of Main Street, U.S.A. to all the seasonal sweets and treats. Keep your eyes peeled on the Disney Parks Blog which always releases a Foodie Guide for the season so you can scope out any must-try snacks before hitting the parks!

Jacqueline, I hope this was helpful! If you have any more questions, you know where to find us here at planDisney.

    Boo to you!
